Actually it’s my high metabolism. I’m a big eater and don’t even watch what I eat yet I’m still very thin. I have no secret I guess it’s just my genes. I don’t exercise at all, I know I should, yet no matter how much I eat in one day my weight stays the same.Although most of my family members do have weight problems and they exercise as well.

Just don’t eat it all at one time. My husband used to be like a twig and ran everyday but now he eats like entire boxes of movie size candy in one sitting…and he is starting to get a little chub

I have a high metabolism, like the first answerer, so it doesn’t matter what I eat I always stay at the same weight area, give or take a few pounds. The secret is moderation though. Eat what you normally eat but cut down on moderation.

U walk 1-3 miles a day, stay off of sugar , fat, and salt, and dairy/ limited.. Eat more small meals and keep busy, that is my way and lost 9 lbs in one month.

I also think it’s largely a high rate of metabolism and, possibly, genetics:) (I’ve never worn larger than a size 6, and am usually a 2-4)…. I also tend to eat lots of small meals throughout the day, instead of 3 larger meals…..I carry little baggies of trail mix or nuts with me, in case I get hungry when I’m out & about:) ….. I eat tons of fresh veggies & fruit, but also have sweets every day:)

Don’t eat too much of it and exercise.
I don’t, and that’s why I’m not slim.

For me, it’s working out. I love food, especially cheese, ice cream, and freshly baked bread. I don’t think I could ever give them up. I never eat food that was artificially made fat-free or sugar free, because the risk of cancer and the nasty taste outweigh the 30-40 calories that I would save.
That’s why I work out a lot. I run 3-4 miles in the morning with my dog, and I do about 45-60 minutes of cardio on my elliptical machine at night. I also do weight training 3 times a week.

I balance my calorie intake and outtake. I exercise every day and burn lots of calories and so i get to eat what i want but beneath my calories burned so i don’t gain. Plus I got fast metabolism, god bless the genetic gene stuff.
