93 year old cook and great grandmother, Clara, recounts her childhood during the Great Depression as she prepares meals from the era. Learn how to make simple yet delicious dishes while listening to stories from the Great Depression.”
Clara I love the way you explain the cooking steps in all your videos. I feel as though it would be easy for me to do. I’ve watched other videos… they use fancy equipment I can’t afford. You accomplish the preparation for meals without gadgets. Thanks for sharing. Not only am I more knowledgeable now, these are all techniques I will use.

I just adore Mrs. Clara. She reminds me so much of my late Nana who always made peppers and eggs, asparagus and eggs, and potatoes and eggs. I can’t thank you enough for sharing these videos.
