I’m trying to eat more healthy foods but need some answers on what types of foods and where can I get them? I’m trying to get my body in the best shape. I want to start eating healthy foods. I’m 18 years old. I’m about 5’9″ and about 145 pounds. I drink lots of water and tea, and I stopped drinking pop all togteher. I don’t eat fast-food very often but I think I will just stop eating at fast-food resturants all togther.
