String cheese made from lowfat milk, chicken breast, raw celery, carrots. For ease you may want to try some of the Atkins or other low carb nutrition bars.
main meals: try to eat lean meat e.g. chicken without skin, lean beef etc, and tons of things with fibre such as veggies. if you don’t like veggies foods like corn, wheat, oatmeal and flaxseed (which you can add as powder to drinks) really really help!
snacks: apples, strawberries, trail mix, granola… and the list goes on =)
oo i’ve done this many times for a family road trip
my grandma packs things like watermelon and cantelope.. ya basically fruits.. and drinks..
it wouldnt hurt to stop by a subway on the way.. haha or a mcdonalds..
like once or twice…
is this by car or my plane?? or by train?
hmmm..
cause my road trips are obviously by car.. hahaha
