Cast iron includes an inverter roaster, great for “drunken chicken,” poultry with vegetables and more. Check out the cast-iron wok and a pizza pan, that can be used in the oven or on the stovetop as a griddle for fajitas and more. I just bought the Emeril pro clad and it chewed up my new smoothtop stove. I am fuming mad. There are these tiny rough burrs on the bottom of the pans. I checked the rest of the set and 3 total were not smooth. I sent them to All-Clad for a return and the bill for the repair. We’ll see what happens. As far as performance, they were great, but I wish I purchased something else.

I loved the roasting cast iron pan. I wonder how heavy that wok is. Since I love cast iron I will keep my eye on this cooking line.

A real cast iron wok would never be that thick and would never have a flat bottom.
