I usually cook a little extra the night before and save some for lunch the next day.
I also buy Josephs wraps and wrap just about anything.
I love apples and ob on a wrap. You can also add raisins or bananas

your entire lunch is fatty so hopefully you won’t take a cheese and meat sandwich…they contain loads of fat surprisingly enuf. Take a tomato and bean sprout sandwhich, with a tsp of mayo (some fat ok in moderation), a bananna and try those rice cake crackers for your salt fix or those ritz baked crackers that are like chips, they are half the fat and calories of reg. chips. Peanut Butter is also a good sandwhich b/c it’s necessary fat. There are loads of alternatives, just check out your grocery store for ideas. I see people say salads, well watch the dressing, if it’s salad, with shredded carrots and tomatos, no cold cut meat then you’ll be ok but people have this conception salads are happy, so they’ll order a chef salad meanwhile the meat and dressing are as fatty as a hamburger and fries at some restaurants.
