What a great idea. My son always wants ice cream cake for his birthday. I usually go to Dairy Queen to buy one, but those blasted cakes are $15-$20 each. Thanks so much for sharing that!

This would be an awesome easy to make dessert.
A little sugar never hurt anyone. Julia Child always said it’s not what you eat it’s how much of it. Go ahead and have the rich dessert and balance it out with healthy fruits and vegetables. I have no intentions of depriving myself of a rich dessert. Miss Jolene is such a character. She always makes me laugh with her down home accent. Just love her.
