Exactly what I was thinking myself! A quarter of a teaspoon is a tiny amount, and he puts in a huge amount!!!LOL!! At least a full tablespoon, or more!!
I followed your recipe almost exactly and it was VERY good! Even my parents and grandparents, who aren’t familiar with Indian food liked it. Thanks for your recipe!!

Dank u Dr. Thumma. .ur de schotels motiveren me altijd. Ik bereid altijd de schotels zoals u voor toon maar het proeft niet als restaurant. Zijn het frustreren voor me sinds im in DFW voor laatste 11yrs. .but atleast im rubriek ergens. .thanx opnieuw!!!

I have learn a lot from your videos, here I would like to share with you my tips i.e. use Olive oil instead of any oil and use local honey instead of sugar, make it more healthier and tasteful dish, Thanks for your all the tips and salute to your dedication.

The dry herb is Kasuri Methi (dry fenugreek leaves)available at any Indian grocery store. (FROM Golmuriwala’s comment)

i have seen it quite a few times myself LOL… he says add a pinch of xyz and then he dumps a lot of xyz… he’s really a funny guy.. LOLZ…
