I’m “tabascoman77″…this video used to be on my page until my page was deleted by YouTube. I am reposting it but I am MORE than unhappy that it was down at all. The video was VERY popular, gaining 83,000+ hits. Hopefully, people continue to enjoy it.

Episode 2 of Robert Rodriguez’s (SIN CITY, MARIACHI TRILOGY, GRINDHOUSE) Ten Minute Cooking School series.

On the menu this time…Sin City Breakfast Tacos

Well I add ALOT of pepper. and when I forget the pepper, I get the feeling that alot of flavor is missing.
I never use lard because the uttering of the word just makes me feel sick so I wouldn’t know if there was a difference

  12. Alexa Says:

they were good. i think there was some flavor missing though… maybe the pepper?… or maybe i should use lard?

but now I can make them in maybe 15 minutes excluding the tortillas with one pan.

  16. Kamryn Says:

I meant to say soda instead of powder.
so my tortillas werent as good without the acid.

  17. Britney Says:

baking powder IS baking soda… just with some acid added to it… and sometimes flour. but he did say to use baking powder.

  18. Amelie Says:

Heh, I made them the other day.
But the dough turned out kinda crappy.

mmm.. that looked good, have to love the video….. also and dumb tip, try spreading butter in the tortillas once they are done, they taste great that way, and add “frijoles (beans)” to the tacos………..
